If creators are like wizards,

Then pencils are like magic wands.

A visual thread about "Imagineering"

Illustrated by Ash Lamb.

Every creation starts with two things:

A pencil and some imagination.

Sprinkle a little pixie dust,

Artists craft universes.

Ideas are like rocketships,

Transport us to outer space.

When pencils erect pyramids,

Ticonderogas touch the sky.

Pencils make movies,

Scorsese illuminates the silver screen.

Planting ideas like seeds,

Grow taller than a redwood.

Gaudi transforms neighborhoods,

Like a masterpiece in the street.

Romans march into battle,

Caesar sketches plans:

Attack / Retreat

In a galaxy far, far away,

Vader slain by son.

A metaphor of two shades:

Light vs. Dark

A Peruvian chef crafts a menu,

Sends shockwaves through the culinary world.

Da Vinci’s legacy outlasted,

By 7,000 pages...

Notebooks filled with treasures.

Ideas like gold.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr chanted,

“I have a dream.”

A reminder that words reverberate.

Hope can carry far.

Today we have computers,

Artificial intelligence, and

Productivity hacks.

To withstand the test of time,

Creators need three things:

Pencil, mind, and heart.
